Do Spanish youth try to extinguish fire with gasoline?

The current municipal elections in Spain triggered wave of protests of youth against high unemployment and worsening living conditions in Spain. Among their slogans they require maintenance of the social support, higher minimum wages and shortening of the working week. Seems that instead of fighting the socialism which was the source of all economic evil that hit the Spain they demand more protectionism. Well, Germany already realized that introduced in 90’s shortening of the working week have not produced anything good for their economy. Thus I came to conclusion, that if demands of the Spanish youth were introduced into live Spanish economy would become even worse. Therefore although personally I do not invest in Spain, I would rather sell them short. The Spanish problem is not economy at current state, the Spanish problem are youth, who want to make their economy even worse, I rather think we can talk about lost generation there. No wonder no one wants to employ them, do Chinese or India youth have similar problems? So where would you build another factory?
